General tickets
Q. When to exchange places?

A. After the buyer completes the payment. (After the payment is completed, the screen switches to a screen prompting you to exchange)

Q. How much is the sales commission?

A. 20% commission fee sales fee per sale for general tickets (cut after the decimal points).

Q. Why is there a price difference for each device?

​A. This is because the devices are not synchronized with each other, and there is a time lag between each device. The price that changes is a reference only, please check the final price when you pay.

Q. How much is the transfer fee?

A. It is 250 yen.

Q. When are the closing date and the transfer date timing?

A. The closing date is the end of each month, and the transfer date is the end of the following month (next business day in case of a holiday).

Q. How much is 1 point?

​A. It is 1 yen.

Q. I want to cancel a transaction

A. You cannot cancel transactions for which payment has been completed.

Q. How long are points valid?

A. It is a year.

Q. I can't create a ticket

A. fasta needs the location information to create a ticket. Please allow access to GPS information. Also note that you must submit your ID before creating a ticket.

General tickets
Q. What is the difference between a general ticket and an official ticket?

A. In general tickets, tickets are automatically deleted after the sale is completed or after expiry, but official tickets can be sold as long as sales are not stopped. However, general tickets can be registered in various places, while official tickets cannot be changed.

Q. If buyers make a queue, how should I let people inside including non-buyers?

A. Although the guidance method is flexible for each shop depending on the situation, we recommend that you alternately let customers inside between priority lane and general lane.

Q. When should I invalidate a priority ticket?

A. The ticket price changes when the ticket is invalidated, so it is recommended to invalidate the ticket right before the buyer seated. 

Q. Any notes for identity verification documents?

A. Please send a document with your name and address that match your registered information.  See here for valid documents for identity verification.

Q. Is the ticket invalidation number secret?

A. This is to prevent customers from accidentally invalidating his/her ticket, so it is safe to tell your customers, but please be careful reusing the ticket once it has been invalidated.

Q. When is the timing of price change?

A. The price increases when the number of people who own the official ticket for the same store and seats increases, and the price drops when the owner consumes the ticket .
